Contact TruePrepper

Too often online form submissions disappear into the technical debt of the internet. Why would we go through all of the trouble adding plugins or scripts when we can just simplify contacting us for everyone?

Give us a shout by emailing us at: hello@trueprepper.com

Simple as that- full send that email!

What should you send us though? Well, that depends on who you are:

Subscribers, Readers, and Fans

You all rock, and we’d love to hear from you!

People ask us for advice often, and we’re happy to help them. Whether you have specific questions about products in our reviews, or have strategy questions about threats– our advice is free! (like everything else on our site) We also have a prepper FAQ page that fields common questions.

We’re also open to criticism, feedback, or rants! We’re always looking for opportunities to improve, and letting us know if and how we messed up will help us bring our A game.

Lastly, if you are new to it all we encourage you to start with our beginning prepper guide so you can start on the right foot.

Industry and Media

Ya’ll are cool too!

We’re always open to talking with industry experts, companies looking to get their great products in front of the world, and journalists from any background.

Review Requests

Keep letting us know about new gear so we can test and evaluate it. Please be aware that just because we test something doesn’t mean we’ll recommend it. We recommend our picks based on performance, data analysis, and price- so keep that in mind before you suggest your product to be thrown into the mix.

We accept gear submissions and have our review updates pre-scheduled throughout the year. Even if your product does not make a top pick category, we may choose to display it in a gift guide (if it was too niche, expensive, etc.) or feature it in one of our large giveaways.

Quote and Interview Requests

We’re always open to interviews as part of our mission to spread preparedness. We have helped out as a prepping authority/source to both smaller publications and the big guys like FOX, Accuweather, USNews, Newsweek, and more. We’ve even helped out a few students working on papers and international publications, so don’t be shy about reaching out.

We’ll chime in on current events, talk about survival situations, and even describe our own preparedness efforts and experience. You may find that many preppers are reluctant to talk about their resources and preparedness plans, but we’re an open book. Even if there are questions we don’t know the answer to, we likely know a public-facing prepper from a website, podcast, or YouTube channel that can fill in our knowledge gaps.

Before You Send, Remember:

  • We don’t run or sell ads
  • We don’t accept guest posts or link sales
  • We don’t directly sell survival gear
  • We aren’t a store in Georgia with a similar name

If you aren’t part of the media, an industry rep, or even a reader- you can still just send a note to say “Hi”. We’re typically nice unless you catch us before we’ve had our coffee.

If you’re looking to deal with an immediate emergency or survival situation, contacting us isn’t the best idea. Contact your local authorities for assistance. We’re not an emergency service and will not be able to help you if you are in imminent danger.
