How fast will my order arrive?
7–14 days for Standard delivery. Delivery options and exact costs are calculated at checkout for your address — Express options are available across the US.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order. Express is a flat $14.99. Both are shown at checkout before you pay — full details are on the Shipping page.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return unused gear in its original condition. Message us via the Contact page and we will take it from there. Full details are on the Returns page.
Where do orders ship from?
TruthTent is based in New York. Our own stock ships from our NYC location, and some partner products ship directly from our partners.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Is an item out of stock?
Every product page shows live availability. If something shows as sold out, we are restocking it — get the free checklist below and you are on the list to hear when it is back.
Do the products need batteries?
Most of our power gear is rechargeable or hand-powered. Each product page lists its power source and exactly what is in the box.
Does the emergency device charge by solar power?
No — and we would rather say so plainly. The Portable Multifunctional Emergency Device charges by hand crank and USB-C. There is no solar panel on it; for solar charging, see the Folding Solar Charger.
Does the emergency device receive NOAA weather radio?
No. It receives FM and shortwave broadcasts, which carry local news and official updates in most emergencies, but it does not have the NOAA weather band. We say the same thing on its product page — no surprises after you buy.
