60-in-1 Outdoor Survival Kit

I keep this in the trunk of my truck and it has already come in handy twice. First time was a flat tire on a back road at night and the flashlight plus the multi tool saved me from standing in the dark. Second time was a small cut while hiking. Everything is packed tight in the hard case so nothing gets lost. Only thing is the fire starter takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it it works fine. Solid kit for the price.

Bought this for our camping trips and it lives in the garage the rest of the year. The hard case is tough and the zipper has held up after being opened and closed a bunch of times. My husband used the wire saw to clear a fallen branch on the trail and it actually worked. The emergency blanket is bigger than I expected. I wish the instructions were a little clearer on a couple of the tools but overall we feel better having it with us.

Got this after the power went out for two days last winter. Having the flashlight, compass, and basic first aid all in one place meant I was not digging through drawers in the dark. The case is water resistant which is good because it sits in the basement. Some of the smaller pieces feel cheap but nothing has broken yet. For under 60 bucks it does what it needs to do.

I ordered this for my son when he started driving. He keeps it behind the seat. He already used the multi tool to fix a loose mirror and said the flashlight is bright enough to see under the hood. The case is rigid so it does not get crushed by other stuff in the car. Everything was accounted for when it arrived. No complaints so far.

Took this on a weekend hike and ended up using the compass and the whistle when we got turned around on the trail. The hard case made it easy to carry without everything rattling around. The knife is decent for cutting cord and the fire starter works if you are patient with it. Not the most premium gear I own but it covers a lot of bases in one box and that is what I wanted.

I keep one of these in the house and one in the car. The house one has not been opened much but knowing the first aid supplies and emergency blanket are right there is worth it. The car one has been used for the flashlight a few times. The case feels sturdy and the latch closes tight. A couple of the plastic pieces look basic but for the money it is a practical kit that does not take up much space.
